Welcome to NEHVIATECH Pvt. Ltd. (“NEHVIATECH”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, and returns are processed for products purchased through nehviatech.com.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
* You receive a damaged or defective product.
* You receive the wrong product.
* The product becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for.
* The order is cancelled by NEHVIATECH before shipment.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
* Change of mind after purchase.
* Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
* Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase.
* Products damaged after successful delivery due to customer negligence.
* Products marked as non-returnable, clearance, or promotional sale items (unless defective).
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
* The product must be returned in its original condition.
* All accessories, manuals, charging cables, and packaging must be included.
* A valid purchase receipt or order confirmation must be provided.
* The product must not show signs of misuse or physical damage caused by the customer.
4. Replacement Policy
If the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered, NEHVIATECH will inspect the returned product and may:
* Replace the product with the same model.
* Replace it with an equivalent model (if the original is unavailable).
* Issue a full refund if replacement is not possible.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned product has been received and inspected:
* You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
* If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
* Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not feasible, an alternative refund method may be arranged.
6. Shipping Costs
* If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), NEHVIATECH will bear the return shipping cost.
* If the return is not due to our error and is accepted as an exception, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled but may qualify for a return or replacement in accordance with this policy.
8. Warranty
Products covered by a manufacturer’s or NEHVIATECH warranty will be handled according to the applicable warranty terms.
Warranty service does not automatically guarantee a refund. Depending on the issue, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at NEHVIATECH’s discretion and in accordance with the warranty conditions.
