NEHVIATECH has partnered with Nepal Can Move as our official logistics and delivery partner for shipments across Nepal.

2. Order Processing

* Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification.

* Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

* Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

* Kathmandu Valley: 1–3 business days

* Major Cities: 2–5 business days

* Remote Areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, transportation delays, festivals, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery location and order value.

From time to time, NEHVIATECH may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive shipment confirmation and tracking information (where available) via SMS, email, or phone.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or failure to respond, the order may be returned to NEHVIATECH.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

* Contact Number

* Municipality/City

* Ward Number

* Street or Landmark

* Postal Code (if applicable)

NEHVIATECH is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:

* Notify the delivery personnel immediately (if possible).

* Contact NEHVIATECH within 48 hours of delivery.

* Provide your order number along with photographs of the package and product.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or investigation.

9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

* Weather conditions

* Road closures

* Natural disasters

* Government restrictions

* High order volumes during festivals or promotional campaigns

10. International Shipping

Currently, NEHVIATECH delivers only within Nepal.

International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
